Running Camp for Middle & High Schoolers
This is a running and training program for middle school and high school students. This camp uses key principles from professional running camps designed for middle school and high school runners or fall sport athletes who wish to build a strong running base for the fall seasons. Campers will work one on one with a coach to create fitness goals and personalized training plans for both the camp and for the remainder of the summer. Campers will be running, stretching, and meeting with various 'experts' in the field of running and training during these two weeks. Campers will leave this program with improved fitness, a training plan for the remainder of the summer, and a working knowledge of what it takes to be a well rounded endurance athlete at the middle school and high school level.
